of our company 

With over 20 years of experience, we guarantee high-quality services in all areas of HR consultancy to our clients, who are medium-sized companies in Karlsruhe, Heidelberg and the surrounding metropolitan areas. You can find out about the development of our company since its foundation here:

1996:
NEWSEARCH is founded as an HR consultancy in Bruchsal. The company specialises in sales, finance and accounting and has a regional focus on Karlsruhe and Heidelberg.

1998:
Our first website with a job portal is launched.

1999:
We recognise the potential of qualitative research in personnel recruitment and expand this area internally. Professional specialisations expanded to include information technology.

2000:
Introduction of Oracle-based recruitment software Hunter makes our personnel search and administration processes even more efficient. We expand our regional focus to include southern Germany and expand our specialisations to include commercial and technical roles.

2003:
Range of activities expanded to include coaching. We begin implementing projects throughout Germany.

2007: 
We expand our expertise and add personnel and leadership development to our skillset.

2009:
We open an additional office in Heidelberg to be closer to our customers in this important region.

2012:
We move into our new offices in Bruchsal and rethink our corporate identity.

2014: 
We make increasing use of social media for recruitment. Prospective candidates can now apply directly through Xing and LinkedIn.

2016:
20-year company anniversary.

2018: 
Corporate identity is redesigned.

Now, ten highly-qualified employees provide consultancy services for companies and applicants. We have a network of cooperation partners to ensure that we can cover all areas of consultancy.
